Free Community Health Fair & Legacy Park Community Center Birthday Bash, Jan. 8

The Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation, will host a Community Health Fair and Legacy Park Community Center’s Birthday Bash event from 7 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, at Legacy Park Community Center, 901 NE Bluestem Road. The event is free and open to the public.
The Lee’s Summit Chamber Health Fair, held from 9 a.m.–noon, consists of health information and free health screenings from area hospitals and medical businesses. Screenings include blood pressure, bone density, diabetes, podiatry, cancer profiling, muscle tension, flu vaccinations, motor skills and memory screenings
The 8th Annual LPCC Birthday Bash, hosted by Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation, will be open from 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Guests can enjoy free open swim, gym, fitness classes, snacks and more.
