The Bears are the “one to beat”

As I watched my son get ready for school every Friday for the past few years during football season, I can see how proud he is to wear that Red jersey. No, I’m not talking about the Chiefs, he’s supporting his team, The Bears.

The Bears have been together for several years now and completed an undefeated season 9-0 last year. They went into this season knowing other teams were going to prepare hard to beat them. Every team wanted to be “the one that beat those bears.”

As a proud parent, I can’t think of a better way to complete little league football. Two undefeated seasons and two championship trophies for the mantel before moving on to 8th grade football in school next year.
