Greenwood Missouri man dies in fatal car crash

On Friday October 8th 2010 at about 10:30 pm the Jackson County Sheriff office responded to a reported fatality car crash in the southeast area of unincorporated Jackson County.

Officers responded to the 13300 Block of South Harris Road and upon arrival officers located a 2004 Dodge Intrepid that had left the road way and struck a tree with the drivers side of the vehicle. The Vehicle was traveling North Bound on Harris Road before the driver lost control of the vehicle. The driver was identified as, 50 year old Richard M. Andraino, of Greenwood Missouri. The driver was pronounced at the scene. The victim was not wearing a seat belt.

The crash is still under investigation with the assistance of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
