Former Pro Will Tell His Story of Faith and Pro Football
KC Wolf, mascot for the Kansas City Chiefs, and former Chiefs player Danan Hughes will visit Lee’s Summit Community Church, 1440 S.W. Jefferson, on Sunday, Aug. 1, from 8:30-9:15 a.m. KC Wolf will entertain the crowd while Hughes will share his story of faith and pro football.
Hughes played with the Chiefs from 1993-1998 as a wide receiver and on special teams. Retiring from pro football in 1999, Hughes currently works as a mortgage lender and a media sports analyst. Hughes is a member of the Kansas City Chiefs’ Ambassadors, which is a group of former Chiefs players who continue to work throughout Kansas City and are involved in various charitable events, representing the Chiefs organization.

Danan is first class. This would be worth a visit Chiefs fan or not.
