The Lees Summit West High School boys and girls cross country teams will host the first annual Mid-Summer Twilight 5K Run/Walk and 1/2-Mile Kids Fun Run on July 16 at LSWHS.  The fun run will start at 8 p.m., and the 5K will start around 8:30 p.m. Funds raised will benefit the cross country teams.

Both events will start and end on the Lees Summit West campus.  The cost for the 5K is $20 if registering before July 10 and for the 1/2-mile run $15 before July 10.  Registration before July 10 guarantees a T-shirt.
