Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Chang’s at Summit Fair?

Recently, I saw a bit of traffic on Twitter about a rumor that along with the openings of Red Lobster and Olive Garden at Summit Fair, we’d also be graced with the presence of either a Cheesecake Factory or a P.F. Chang’s; perhaps BOTH! I decided to give RED Development a shout to find out if, in fact, we’d see either of these restaurants opening at the new shopping center any time soon. Alas, “that is simply a rumor,” according to Cassie Lane, Marketing Director for both Summit Fair and SummitWoods Crossing. Cassie thinks that the gold dome adorning one of the storefronts has fueled the Cheesecake factory rumor.
So as it stands now, no Cheesecake Factory or P.F. Chang’s. What other national restaurants or retailers would you like to see as a tenant of Summit Fair?
