Congrats to boom towns of Leawood, Lee’s Summit

The Kansas City area is blessed with strong suburbs, so much so that two — Leawood in Kansas and Lee’s Summit in Missouri — have achieved a special distinction.
They made Business Week’s “America’s fastest growing cities” list for 2010, in the magazine’s recent edition.
The magazine picked just one city from each state for the list, so the Kansas City area nabbed both nominees for the two adjoining states.
The list wasn’t totally based on population growth…
