The tradition of Strotherfest continues – A celebration of community, family and everything Americana!

Paradise Park welcomes Strotherfest 2009 on Friday, July 31st and Saturday, Aug.1st, 9:30am – 11pm (Official schedule below.)
This year the tradition continues at Paradise Park including all of its attractions. Admission to the event is $5. The Max Pak ticket (typically $25) will be offered at a discounted $20 rate that includes all-day access to most Paradise Park fun-filled indoor and outdoor attractions (including go-karts, bumper cars, miniature golf and rock-climbing wall; excludes any coin operated activities.) Max Pak tickets purchased during Strotherfest can be used for one day each anytime now through December 2009.
For those folks who would like to prefer the outdoor Strotherfest activities only; the special attraction ticket is only $5 and includes access to tasty festival food, cool beverages, plus on-stage live entertainment featuring Kansas City’s favorites Cherry Bomb, Loose Change and a new attraction this year “Beyond the Summit – Battle of the Bands”. Tickets are available for purchase online at http://www.strotherfest.com.
Strotherfest is in its 3rd year of celebrating the history of Lee’s Summit, or as it was known over 100 years ago, “The Town of Strother”. Come and celebrate the history of Lee’s Summit at one of its most recognized family attractions.
